Take 2 dough saves hours of preparations and clean up and lets you avoid the need to order and store ingredients and maintain equipment. Take 2 dough is more workable than any other frozen dough on the market. Its silky smooth texture is resilient and forgiving, even 4-5 days after it has been thawed.

USING TAKE 2 DOUGH

Take 2 dough balls must be kept frozen and in their protective plastic bags until needed. We recommend thawing the dough in refrigeration, 30° to 40° for 24 to 48 hours. Dough balls can be kept refrigerated for as many as 4 to 5 days with minimal effect on the product. If the Dough balls are exposed to air or thaw too quickly, the surface could become dry or crusty. Press out the dough by either hand stretching or mechanically rolling it to the thickness desired. Flour, cornmeal, pizza crisp, or olive oil may be used to prevent sticking. Choose the desired toppings, place on either a pizza screen or a pan, bake at 475° to 550° for 8 to 10 minutes. To cook directly on oven stone, it is recommended to stretch dough thinly.
